Unresponsive ripoff

I had hired RL Stevens in late January/early February, filed a complaint in May, and did not have my concerns addressed until several weeks later when a refund was requested. While an agreement is currently in the works to terminate my contract, this has been a VERY costly life lesson, both financialy and emotionally, as well as wasting ample amounts of my time. Without droning on about specific details, I would not recommend this service to anyone.
