After 15 years of renting the SAME 2 spaces 3 times a year the promoter of the antique show decided that I should give up one of my 2 prime road spots so he could rent it to someone else! I was told it would be easier for him to rent my space then the spaces behind me that friends of mine had decided to give up. I asked him if i had done something wrong and he said no it would just be easier for him!
Since we do not have any signed contract I guess that gives him the right to do whatever he wants and since he is also a lawyer you know its a no win situation but how does he get away with running a legitimate business and not protect his customers with giving us a contract and unless we do something wrong to break the contract we can keep our same spaces like we always have?
