I have three books published on their website.
Recently a friend contacted me and told me that they had purchased one of my books.
There were a few typos in the edition published so I tried to access my account to change them.
I receiverd a message saying that my E-Mail address was not in their database.
Thinking that I had entered the wrong one (There are three possibles) I tried the others. All returned the same message. They have a "Login help" form. I have used this form four times telling them about my problem.
Each time I included the three E-mail addresses and the web ID for my online store.
I have received no answer, not even an autoresponder,
I have checked my store and it is still operating. Stores. Lulu.com/store.php? FAcctID=543873
A coulpe of weeks before I had been in there checking some things, this is when I discovered the typos. I left to correct them but never got back to republish.
The amount that I know is owed to me is only $US8.83 but the shop address has been published in a hard copy magazine which published one of my stories so the possibility of more is an actual possibility.
I find it strange that I cannot login or make contact since the book sold.
