This Lady is a scammmer. Tammi tries to get people to place a hold on puppies from breeders. She waits til the puppy is ready to be shipped, and final payment is due only to back out. She has a friend that works with her Named Danielle Wipf of Classyshihtzus. These two are wanting puppies for nothing. I lost sales on two puppies when I dealt with these two people. Tammi is so jealous of others breeders that she competes for puppies. She tries to copy other breeders also. She says how she really wants the puppy, have you place a puppy on hold, is very nice the whole time then drops an excuse on why she can't purchase the puppy when the puppy is 8 wks old. She likes to string people along. Then all of a sudden expects the breeder to send her the deposit back and turns spiteful. For this reason many breeders state deposits are non refundable. It costs us money and time to place new ads to resale a puppy. The older the puppy gets the harder it is to sell. Tammi knows this too. My advice would be to never deal with this person at all..
She is not serious about adopting your puppies. This is a twisted mind game she is playing at the breeder's expense.
