This was such a hoax. I'm feeling most certain that I have paid for absolutely nothing. Appears to be a false advertisement given that I cannot research the records promised. Would almost be scared to believe that registering probably gave me a greater exposure to identity theft (more information for the database). Definitely want my money back.
