Ripoff fraudulent prize report winnings

NAAC mailed a fraudulent prize report of guaranteed winnings of 1,900, 000.00 in cash and awards. Just pay a one time fee of $19.99.
I paid the fee and never received anything. I wrote 2 different letters asking for a full refund. I've never received that either.
