My husband and I purchase a big screen TV from Arron's
on 9/05 and a couple of months after that the TV broke, Arron picked it up and said it would take at least 2 weeks to fix, well, a month later we went in to the store, and they talked us into getting another TV in place of the broken one, at the new agreement verbally the employee said this new one only had a 12 months agreement because the monthly payment was a little more than the other TV that was broken. Here it is into 9/06 we got a phone called from Arron's again demanding payments, and we thought it was all paid out, we told him, and he said there were no other agreement other then the one we made which was for 18 months, I had told George that it wasn't our fault that his employee didn't enter the new agreement, so he demand that we provide the agreement, well like we said before it was verbally among that employee and we thought he would enter it into the system since our payment was at the higher rate after we got the new TV. This was on a Saturday morning we were on our way out of town, after he had upset me I had told him we will find the agreement and hang up on him. Well, He didn't like that I hang up on him, I didn't find this out until later that day from my parents they had call back but they got my parents instead of us and they insist that he make the payment even after my parents told them that they are talking to the wrong person, that was uncalled for on their part to harrassed other people or even talk to them about my accounts. What happen to that consumer privacy? He (George) attempts to call again and getting me more upset saying he can already read my mind, he already know what I was going to say, and he was tired of the run around that we gave him. I told him my husband will call him back and he had the original agreement, and I was at work I can't get to it, but he doesn't want to here it and started to get mad at me, so I hang up on him.
