We have received two invoices from this company for toners that we never ordered. It is beyond my guess how they got my company information. The invoices came marked with a PO that was completely invalid. After the first bill was accidentally paid, a second invoice soon came (for more money of course).
I called the number on my invoice, and spoke with a representative. He claimed that I ordered the toners eighteen months before (!), and that they were being shipped in increments. When I asked who they spoke to, they claimed it was me, and that they have a voice recording of my order. I told them that I did not place this order. They had no evidence to back up the voice recorder claim.
I left it at that, assuming that this was a misunderstanding with the ordering department and myself. Within an hour I found out this not to be true.
Out of the four toner cartridges that we supposedly ordered, only one has come in. If you receive a phone call from this company, do not give out any information, and immediately warn your accounts payable department.
