Syngergetic communication began harassing me for an account that had been trasnferred from arcadia/citifinancial due to an accident I was involed in 09/02/03 & my car was totaled. Syngergetic started to say they did not receive the checks my mother & grandparents mailed 08/16 to them when progressive settled with arcadia!
We settled with syngergetic & my grandparents mailed syngergetic the checks along with the settlement letter & syngergetic claimed they never received anything & the post office can verified we mailed them the checks to settle this with arcadia/citifinancial so why would they say they never received the money to steal the money & say we never sent nothing!
Syngergetic was making this harder then what this already was. We took progressive to court but the judge ruled against us because of progressive lies! Because the judge new progressive insured! This is conflict of interest!
Syngergetic was trying to take the money & not settle they where trying to make us pay but they where not holding their end of the deal up they where delaying this from being settled claiming they never received the money! & we had to start this whole process all over again but my grandparents where smarter this time they knew what syngergetic was up to! Sneaky!
We then sent progressive check to them along with our money of $1900 arcadia/citifinancial agreed to settled for $5400 besides paying the full balance of $15,000 because progressive was not going to pay nothing & progressive delayed getting this settled for over two years!
We should be able to sue insurance companies for delaying insurance claims! Syngergetic was making matters worse by lying saying they never got the letter. I made a complaint with the better business bureau but forget with trying to get anything settled with them the better business bureau claimed! The issues that are out of the better business bureau scope!
We almost did not get this settle with arcadia/citifinancial due to synergetic! I was involed in an auto accident 09/12 due to some backed out & hit me causing damange to the left front fender & head light. The police were called & a report was taken! One week after the accident a adjuster went to look @ the damanges from progressive & the car was totaled. Progressive took responsibilty for their insured for causing the accident & agreed to pay for the repairs. Sense.
The car could not been repaired I took the money progressive had giving & purchased a new car. Progressive refused to stop paying the storage fees @ the body shop because my grandfather refused to let progressive move the car to a storage free lot they did not pay for the car so we where not going to let progressive have it!
I just need to bring out the bad collection practices about synergetic communications by them lying saying they never received anything & was going to get us introuble! Well once we knew what syngergetic was doing they decided to settle this! They claim know they received all the money for the settlement! So this is all settle that was some scary times their for a little while! & syngergetic caused those scary times! Like all crooked collection agencies do!
