Ripoff, Liar, Edgy & Bad Temper, Takes your money then does NOTHING!

Hired this attorney for a case he said he specialized in (Probate), and come to find out he doesn't even practice Probate law at all. I've come across a few other high-profile lawyers who know him and stated he is a real bad actor.

He supposedly hurts your case instead of helps it. But he doesn't mind asking for a $2,500 - $3,000 upfront fee to get started! He talks a big bad "we'll get that f *er" when he's taking your money, but once the money is in HIS hands, watch out. You will be lucky if he even returns any of your phone calls again.

If you can finally get hold of this dude after paying him and let him know you won't tolerate being put on the back burner for 3 months like that, then he will start to answer your calls, on his cell phone, no less. Yes his business phone is his cell phone.

He has no secretary or nothing. But you don't realize that when you first go to see him, because he rents one of those tiny offices about the size of a large closet, located in one of the high-rises off Turtle Creek! Oh yea, so he has the big Turtle Creek, highrise address, but that's all he's got.

Long story short, he took my $3,000 one year ago, in Aug on a simple probate case where a will was left designating everything I was supposed to receive, but the greedy executor wanted it all for herself, so I had to hire an attorney to take this person to court just so I could get what was left to me as an inheritance.

Well, that was exactly a year ago and in all this time, we never even got a court date set; when I would call him asking what the problem was, he would state things like..."listen, I didn't get much sleep last night, can I call you back Tues?" or..."I've had such a hard week, can I call you next week, and I promise we will talk?"... Or..."I'm going through some stuff with my ex, can I call you in about an hour-no how about this evening around 9, is that cool?"... And this just goes on and on and on everytime I needed to speak to him. I sensed he was on drugs about 2 weeks after handing my money over to him, and by then I knew I was in for having some problems with this guy. But I knew he wouldn't give me my money back just for the asking.

There were several times he would blow up on the phone and yell, and I would say, Charles what is wrong with you? And he would wait a second, say "I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to do that" and I just knew this dude was screwed up.

Finally around May he resorted to doing just emails that were one sentence long, about 10 words. Real short emails that made no sense, and I started looking for a new attorney. Cause there was still no court date scheduled, I could see the writing on the wall, they guy took my three grand and ran with it.

About a week ago, I got a letter in the mail from him stating that he was no longer in business as an attorney and I would have to find another attorney to take my case. No offer of a refund, no nothing. This guy is a real bad trip. But thank goodness now he is not open for business, so any new people won't be taken in by this con-artist, scammer.

Now I'm having to take him to court just to get my money back, and I'm having to start all over from square one with my original probate case. People watch out, you never can tell about people until after you've given them your hard-earned money, then you start seeing things that are just off-the-wall weird!!!

One looser down, another to go still, in Dallas.
