On January 9, I went to applied for employment at the ARC in Montebello. There was an ad in the LA Times stating that the U. S Postal/Government was hiring and they started you off with full pay/benefits, and to applied at the ARC. One has to make an appointment first for a placement test. So on that day, I went into the office and took the test. After turning in the exam, they made me wait and provided me certain papers about the great opportunities I will have once working for the U. S Postal. It all sounded great and I felt I had a chance of having a good job.
Later, I met with the interviewer by the named of Victoria. She said to me that I passed the exam, which I know I didn't do so well. She didn't even bother of showing me my results. She explained to me how the process worked in order to work there, and a fee to pay. So I did what I knew I shouldn't have done, a fee of $395.00. She also kept telling me that whenever I want my money, it will be returned, " Money Back Guarantee".
I'm in the month of August, and I've been fighting to get my money back for the past 8 months. I've talked to their 4 Reps: Veroica, Liz, Melissa, and Hope about my situation. They very rude and provide bad services when I try to speak with them. They say, "In order to get your money back, you need to register to for 3 tests, fail them, and we will return your money back." I haven't recevied a single test date by mail or by phone. I was supposed to get something in July, never did. Why is this situation taking so long? Where's my money?
P. S Their vice president is named Ryan W., since they don't have a corporate number for complaints.
