I brought my watch in to park mal watch repair to get a stem and crown fixed. Upon dropping it off i was verbaly told it would be around 40 dollars and would take no longer than 2 weeks. I began chekcking on it at the two week point and was constantly told to call back in three days they are working on it or they were waiting for a part. Today two months later i went to go get it one way or another. Was told ti would be 58 dollars and that it was still broken!!! Only nowits worse than when i dropped it off i was quoted somehwer else that the total would be 210 dollars!!!
To make matters worse when i askes for the watch it was thrown to me and i was told by the owner "christopher rin" that he did not want o see it anymore!!! When i advised him that feelings were mutual i was given a less than professional response by him and his staff whom were olying to me the entire time come to find out about the status of my 1500 dollar watch - a wedding gift from my wife more less-
On top of all that i asked for the owners name out of a profession courtesy you think that would be the minimum one could get but instead i got told it was nne of my buisness and to get out so i frther demanded it to no avail— good thing i am not as dumb as he thought —i called the mall leasing agent and got the information-amateurs!!!
So now i am spending the eveining filing my complaints nd doing my part as a concerned citizen to warn all you desert dwelers to go elsewhere&unless you don't like your watch!!!
& whatever happened to honesty and treating a paying customer like a human being???
