Ripoff dishonest $35 balance when bal was zero, sent director's selection back, had selected opt out before account was cancelled. Do not owe this company one cent

I had cancelled my account due to I had signed the opt out selection so they would not send me the director's selection and I kept sending them and the last one I decided not to keep. So I mailed them back.

Now the company is claming that I owe them $35 and have filed it with a creditor company named Prism Capital Resources and have SKO Brenner american, Inc of 40 Daniel Street in Farmingdale, NY 11735 trying to collect this not owed $35.

I tried to explain to them but they would not listen and asked for the receipt, when they know that this have been about 3 to 4 years and I do not have the papers in which I sent this merchandise back and paid the last 1 dvd payment before cancellation.

I don't know why out of the blue this company have now on July 7 letter saying that I owe them out of three to four years. You know that if this was legimate they would have immediately billed me like others creditors.

Please who ever do not do business with this company and their counterpart BMG Music. You will be sorry when you decide to cancel out for any reason.
