I received a threatening called from Platium B-Service telling me that I owe them $700 Dollars of a payday loan that I took out a few months ago and this payment must be made that same day they call before 3pm est, if not legal action has to be made.
They told me a whole bunch of crap about bringing me to court and could possibly be jail time and stuff. I got scared so i borrowed people money, ran over to walmart to do moneygram how they said to write the money gram to company: pre-litergation — in Jacksonville FL.
They ask me to, after a few weeks later. I kept on receiving phone calls from difference #s and companies stating that I owe more money with a payday loan— something doesn't seem right. So I started doing a search with this company and ran into a lot of Focum (postings) which helped me to know that these people are a fraud and that I should not be threaten by any other calls that I will be getting again (that's if I do). If only I can get my money back, I would be happy and let everyone know that always get paper work (in written) docs before sending ANY money to ANY company.
If anyone can give me any sugestion to help with anything in the future, please feel free to rebuttal. Thank you for you time.
