I had a dreadful experienece with Appleone a few months ago. I signed on with the Temp Agency in Richardson, Tx. The Account Executive i was dealing with was Christina Pablo (what a bloody B*ch). This girl has such an unprofessional demeaner about herself. She doesn't care about the applicants, she would tell you to tell people who are calling for her that she's out, when she's sitting right at her desk. She bad mouths applicants and wonders why people are always complaining about her. Anyway, getting back to my story. Mz. Pablo, knew that I was new to the Dallas area, didn't have transport and wasn't very familiar with the areas, but I had informed her of the area I was residing. The first gig she tried to set me up with was way out in Mesquite, which is about an hour away, for $8.50 and hour? Puh-lease, I needed a job but I'm not trekking all that way for $8.50. I declined. Then she calls me up one morning, (she woke me up) asking me to go on an assignment, that very morning. I have a child, wasn't in day care, no way I could make arrangements in less than 2 hours. No prior warning, nata and she expects me to jump??? I don't think so.
This is the kicker. She finally calls me for a really good assignment. It was for a CRS position at a call center, paying about $12/hr and it was right up my ally. I told her yes and she agreed to set it up for me. Only to call me later that day and tell me they decided to give that assignment to someone else working in that office, but wanted me to come and work at the Appleone offices they were located at for 4 days, and then assign me somewhere else. I agreed. I get there and the girl's on some major power trip. Trying to boss me around, being ever so rude and bitchy and I just ignored it (I'm a professional). The second day killed me. They had another AE come from a different branch come in and it was her birthday. Mz. Pabz and another AE went to the kitchen to prepare a surprise for her. Suddenly, I get bombarded with a group of people, wanting to fill in forms and they had ran out. Mind you, we only use 1 computer to register everyone who comes in for interviews and I have more than 10 people to deal with and they have to be done immediately. Pabz had the nerve to tell me that I was slow and I needed to speed things up a bit, while the cow was at the back partying and knew I was swamped with people and need help. She tells me to sit at her desk and answer calls while she takes care of the front.
Finally getting to the point. I asked her about the other job and she tells me that they are getting someone from the old office and they don't need me to come in. I was like "fine". Went in the following Friday to pick up my check and decided to transfer my file to the Midway Rd office. BIG MIISTAKE!!! All the women there are just as bad!!! They don't return people's call (purposely), gossip about applicants at the office, it was a nightmare working for them. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They're just a bunch of fake B*ches!!!
