Albert Chris Price is always looking for people to help him in his mortgage fraud schemes. Here is what he does: if you have good credit he will approach you with the idea of being a "credit investor." He will buy a house, in your name, pull equity out, pay you, then turn around and flip it. During the time the house is in your name he will make all the payments and make sure it gets put in rentable condition.
Sounds good right? Easy money, right? Wrong!
Chris Price has deceived and ripped off countless people. I know of at least three instances myself where houses were dumped on owners without warning. These were houses that were stripped of any equity at all, or sometimes in damaged condition. His reasonings were usually that "so and so tried to stab me in the back, so I cut them loose." This is after he's made thousands from the house and left it in a condition and price range that won't rent out!
Mr. Price talks a slick presentation but is nothing more than a snake oil salesman.
