In the contract: In consideration for a two year deal, Cellular's contract states the base rate will hold for two years. After 14 months they raised the base rate 2.00 and when I complained, they said they changed carriers and everyone was being billed the additional amount.
At the end of the contract they charged me a disconnect fee that was also not in the contract. I refused to pay it and deducted the 20.00 over charge on the contract violation. They said I had not finished the contract and charge me 1000.00 penality and reported me to the credit reporting agencies.
Talking to them is like passing gas against the wind.
What good is a contract is I'm the only one that had to abide by it?
