Ripoff paid 100.00 for people search and got nothing

I paid 100.00 to found my husband brother who hasn"t been seen since 1991 and in rturn for my money received nothing not even a refund people are such ripoffs i can't beleive it, I've been tring myself but free no hidden cost is just not out there no matter what you go to web site and click on that web site and they want money money money I think 100.00 should get me something
