Express Personnel Services of Shelby Township, MI guaranteed reimbursement of all travel expenses (two days worth) for an interview with their client.
Their staff aid to mail receipts and did so. Then claimed they didn't get them. Then told to fax receipts. Did so. Still no check.
Follow up by email and phone, more runaround and no results. Their stories keep changing and now they try to blame it on their client.
We are now out hundreds of dollars and will have to use legal means to try to collect. Never trust these people - their word is garbage. They have taken advantage of the unemployed.
