I am the individual who got the FMCSA to fine them and revoke their license, a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, the Gwinnett County DA, Danny Porter, didn't agree that it was criminal and wouldn't pursue a case against them. That is why they are still able to continue to scam people and I want to put them in jail.
I had lost $30,000 in personal belongings (damages included) and am very upset that these folks can still get away with their fraud. I am giving Mr. Porter and opportunity to do the right thing and am hopeful he will cooperate, before I have to take it way over his head, using him name.
File a consumer complaints if you are a victim. We can get am attorey to look at the consumer complaintss and hope they will file a lawsuit, pursuing criminal charges, or both. Consumer complaints will work with the attorney to bring us all together..
