Paid for several dresses, did not ever get them, charged card and would not return emails or answer phone calls, ripoff

Ridiculous!!! This place was soooo helpful when ordering. Then one of my bridesmaids received the entirely wrong size dress and they would not answer the phone or emails - probably about 100 of them. She was stuck with a dress with a manufacturer defect - wasted 200.00!

Also, we never received the other dresses that we paid for! I'm not sure what happened with this place, but they are also known as Jones' Bridal in OH. Do not shop here unless you want your money stolen from you!
