I connect customer service dept. Because I did not have a dial tone on my phone, I just wanted to know if my phone was disconnected. The rep.inform. Me that it was not disconnected, she told me that she can send some one out to check my line and it would cost me 30.00 for the trip charge. I told her not to send anyone out let me first check to see if I needed a new phone, in which I did.

When I arrived home there was a yellow tag on my door to let me know that the service rep. Has been to my home, with a 30.00 charge attached. I was very furious because I told the customer service rep. Not to send anyone out to my home. I wanted to check my telephone first. I called and spoken with Kevin Bulnclac concerning this matter, he told me to give him a couple of days to speak with the repair dept. I told him fine,

I called back on 04-29-02 and spoken with another supervisor. She inform me that kevin is still working on my problem which I find it hard to believe. It does not take a month to speak with the repair dept. This supervisor also inform me that I would still have to pay the bill.

I feel that when you tell the the customer service rep no that you don't want something done, she should follow those orders. I don't feel that they should be able to bill you anything they choose too. I was always taught that no is no, regardless of what state you are in. Ms. Robbin Hobdy
