I have cancelled the move. My dealings with your company have been the worst service I have ever received. First no one told me that the trucker would be my only contact going forward. Last night it was 8pm and the trucker had not arrived and every hour I kept getting a new hour of arrival. Then the trucker Isaac tells me that he was by himself. Who moves furniture by themselves? Is this a legitimate company? How is one person supposed to carry furniture on their own? I hope your company was not expecting me to help when I was paying for the service. I was told that 2 people would show up. Either way, I told him to come back today. He promises that he would be there today at 6:00am sharp and then calls me at 6am to let me know that he's just getting onto to 287. How can you run a business this way? I tried calling your company, but there isn't even an emergency service line and was told your company was closed today and tomorrow. So I told your trucker to turn around. I have called another moving company and they will be receiving my service.
Understand that I will never be dealing with your company again. My company, Johnson & Johnson, does relocations all the time and I will let them know about my experience with your company and suggest that they never consider Union Van Lines as one of the moving companies for future relocations.
