After investigating, it appears that Henderson, in addition to not responding to phone calls, gouging customers and not fixing equipment that they themselves disabled, has a fraudulent Home Improvement Registration with the State of Pennsylvania. All contractors must have a registration with the State Attorney General. We cannot find one listed. The one that is shown in their advertising is not on the list. This further assures their deceptive practices. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Their business includes Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Plumbing and general home repairs.
