I made a verbal agreement with company and later that day called back and cancelled. Both Tracy and Mary confirmed cancellation. The next month I had money deducted out of my accout from them. Upon calling to get money back they asked if I had a cancellation number I told them one wasnt given to me Wanda (mngr) said that they dont have the ability to cancel. When asked why ask for a confirmation number of cancellation she would not respond and became rude and told me that she would never cancel my order regardless and that I would pay them the money. I notified my bank not to pay any more money to them. The company then issued certified checks to my account twice and I had to close out that account due to fraud. I have sent this company many letters and called all in which I was ignored, hung up on or talked to rudely. Now the company is sending me notices that the account is going to collection because I haven't paid money. I do however have documented proof they have taken $152.20 out of my account. I have written them a final letter stating that If the harrassment doesn't stop that I will get the courts and media involved.
