Charged 218.00 for Platinum credit card for their catalog with guarantee of a Master Card or Visa. Catalog of products contains nothing worhtwhile and never received Visa or Master Card. Have written letters & made phone calls to get $218.00 back with no result. No one is taking calls at consumer line.
