I have been trying to get a refund for two outfits I returned to them for over 9 months. I did report this to the better business bureau but I also wanted to let others know that they have the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. The clothes that I had to return were a size that my child wears in every other brand of clothing possible but what they sent was 2 sizes to small and VERY THIN. I sent the items back (I also kept 2 other short outfits that did fit) and asked for a refund. I received an email telling me my return authorization number and that a refund had gone through. I have never received this refund on my credit card and they keep telling me they will check into it.
All I wanted was a refund; I even said I would take a store credit and they still have done NOTHING.
Beware of this company and even though they sell cheap products they are cheaply made and their customer service is the worst.
