Ripoff Do not live up to their guarantee

I ordered and paid for 2-sided business cards on glossy paper. What I received was plain paper and the text on the back was so poorly laid out that the first line was cut in half. I returned the cards and requested a refund (several requests in fact) and have totally been ignored. They kept the bad cards and my money
