The people that run this UPS store #4076 are a real piece of work. They are some the most vindictive and dishonest people I have ever met. First Joyce Liao, the owner's wife decides that she doesn't want to let me use the shredder in spite of having used it before. I then use scissors to cut up my sensitive correspondense. Another customer asks why I don't use the shredder. I said "because she won't let me". That other customer says he is taking his business elsewhere if they treat customers like that. The Liaos respond by cancelling my mailbox contract. I then reported that to the UPS Store corporate office. They retaliate against that by deciding to keep my packages! Stealing to get even - how pathetic!!!
Also, be warned that they throw correspondense of ex-customers in the trash, open for any identity thief to access!
