I would like to include the email darius cordell sent to me after i disputed the charge on my card it is horrible. I was called "manic", a "loon", "i will end up like 50% of americans in divorce". All because i wanted to know the status of my gown. They are now charging my account for time because of correspondendce that never took place.
I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and just want to warn people to never order from these people they are awful. I know if you read the email from 'ashley" and "jd" you would be shocked as many of my co-workers are in awe over this. The dress is matte jersey they lined it in a heavy poly which defeats the purpose of ordering matte jersey. I am disputing all charges.
