I have hired R. Davenport 2 years ago as a employment consultant. The President at that time was Bob Davenport. We had discussed what their services were and it was about networking with existing companies they had previous relations with who would be interested to interview and possibly hire candidates who paid for Davenport's career services. The total investment was $5,000. My specialty trade was construction management and I was led to believe they had sources for that industry. This was not the case. I brought this to the attention with Bob Davenport and we mutually agreed that I would be reimbursed 50% of my money that was paid. He put on his accounting records an account payable to me. I received $500. Two weeks after the agreement. Nothing else was ever paid after He passed away. A new President is now in charge and after numerous calls he has not answered to settle this matter. PLEASE HELP! I AM STILL OWED THE $2,000.
Beware of their deceptive approach on networking with employers to help you get a job!
