I am a licensed real estate broker and my client who was located in Arizona got the name of LMR Lending from the Lending Tree.

In November she was getting everything ready for a closing in December. LMR gave her a committment letter has well as myself.
Closing time came and went.

In January I get a call from Jason Ruely and he is going to take over the loan. Fine. He was real nice and told me if I had any more please let him know.

We are to close January 20th. He is telling me everything is fine. Two/three days before closing, he all of a sudden is needing this and that. I ask him why he waited until the last minute, well, he went off on me and told me don't ever say that to me.

I had to run to city hall to get him a rebuilt letter, which the gentleman said to me "why do they wait until the last minute for all these things". Anyway we go to the closing set for 3:00 and Jason is telling us he still needed one more thing but he would be sending the paper work. He even told the Title Com. He was sending the paper work.

We are waiting and we can't reach him and he isn't returning his phone calls, and when he finally called he told me "he had gone home to pack he was going out of town for the weekend". I'm like where is priorities. Not with this buyer who purchased a ticket to fly here to Wisconsin from Arizona.

He than went off on me again while we were in the closing room and I put him on speaker phone so buyer and seller, closing secretary and myself heard everything he said. Which was not good.

He than says I will not be able to close this until Monday.

Ok, we'll wait, Monday he still needed something. He tells me one thing and the buyer something else. He would have it on Tuesday. Tuesday, morning I call him and he says I'm still waiting for one thing. I say to him, Jason, this is the D-day. The buyer is returning to Arizona on Wed. I said to him "I will be getting another lender to look at this" He went off on me and told me don't you ever f& say that to me. I said excuse my, don't you ever talk to me like that, he said I don't want to talk to you anymore. Are you going to do the loan? Yes but I can't talk to you. We hung up.

We set the closing for 3:00 P.M. At 3:00 P.M. He calls and tells me he cannot do the loan. I than told him I am going to report him. He says it was not his fault. Amen.

The buyer had to purchase 2 tickets to come to Wisconsin, because in December we had the closing set, and than again in January. I do not know how a person can string a buyer along like this and talk so unprofessional to a real estate agent.

He should never be in this people caring business.
