We bought a bridal set at this store 5 years ago. Due to weight lose I needed to have my ring resized for the first time. We took the ring in and would have it back in 7-10 days. When we bought the ring we did not get the extended warranty so we paid for the work. When we picked the ring up the sales lady kept pressuring us to buy the plan and even told us she would give us a discount on the resizing. She then began to give us scenerios ie. If you loose a diamond it will be replaced and yada yada. She the stated that she would extend her offer for 2 weeks if we decided to buy the plan.
No sooner than a week later the center diamond of my ring fell out. When we had it sized it was also cleaned and inspected. I was so upset over this I called the store over and over again, but never got a phone call back, I visited the store several times and was told no manager was available at that time. There was nothing wrong with that ring until I took it in to them, to be resized.
