Well my husband and I were at the mall going to a movie. Well the UTA system said that by the time the movie was over we could take the 55 bus back to campus but it had already quit running for the day. So, we called the cab company and they said it would be $6.00. For the whole trip. Well we told him where to take us. Then we get home and he said that would be $8.00. So we gave him 10.00 and told him to keep the change.
Well, the bad part of the whole thing was the fact that he took us the long way to charge us extra money that we didn't really have, but we still had to pay them. So we gave him the 10 cause we didn't want to wait in his car while he dug for 2 dollars for our change.
They need to quit lying to customers no matter how much money they want or need.
