In Feb i went to the la weight loss monterey office to lose some weight for upcoming back surgery. The company could not find my records when they did the girl told me i did not lose my weight here i had by pass surgery dont tell anyone though they want me to promote this company. She explained the diet plan it seemed legitimate at the time i filled out all the paper work allergies etc. Then she took my credit card and charged me 788.00 dollars she then came back in and said well you cant have our products you are allergic to fish and soy and all of our products are based on soy. Another woman entered the room and said we will just have to throw her something together. They told me to sign the contract so they could charge my card. Then i never heard back from them i waited a week they stated they did not remember me and could not find my folder when they found it later on when i went back they forgot to give me my copy by then it was to later to get my money back because of the 72 hour clause in it. Everytime i would ask what i should do they kept telling me well she does not work here anymore they moved her this went on through several employees at that office. Then in april i had an emergency back surgery and two more since i have about three more surgeries to go so i have been to ill and disabled to worry and fight them back right now i doubt if i see my money but i would like to know what happened to it and why they dont tell people up front if they cant help them do to allergies of there product then why take there money and ignore them. When they threw me a plan together it was one that still had all the allergy foods on the plan so i gave up. Something has to be done about this company they are taking our money but yet not being responsible enough to return it when a service is not be provided and using incompentent people to service the company.
