I am getting tired of being ripped off! I ordered 3 Burberry hats from this company in hopes of getting some of my money back from the other rip offs I have been a victim of lately. When I received them after a long waiting time, they were made in China, a sure sign they were fake. On the web site, Tech Traders guaranteed their products authentic.
I followed the return directions exactly. I sent them back immediately after receiving them. I was first told "your refund will be issued tonight." When it wasn't, I asked about it, and they said, "sorry, it will be issued shortly." Again, this didn't happen. Then techtraders.ca blamed it on the holidays. Then they used the "shortly" excuse again.
After realizing they were probably putting me off and not trusting them to ever give me my refund, I contacted my credit card company and got a chargeback. Now I will let the credit card company deal with him; I don't have the time or power apparently.
