I moved 1 1/2 miles from my previous address, Verizon would not let me keep the same number. So I asked for the same service with a new number. Simple enough?
No way, could they handle that. I have received notices in the mail to call them at least 4 different times in the last week and a half, over problems with the service. They say they can not reach me on the phone, although they have my home, work, and cell numbers.
So, I attempt to call them and each time I have had to wait over 30 minutes to talk to someone who assures me everything is fine. And then, I get yet another notice in the mail.
I attempted to call them this afternoon and waited 45 minutes and did not get through. I came home and tried to email customer service through their web site, and it will not let you submit your comments, although I used all the proper proceedures.
If I had a choice for regular phone service I would leave them in a heartbeat.
