Cutting Edge Converting - Albert J Palumbo - Al Palumbo - Alberto J Palumbo
Ripoff requested our company provide his clients our services and products for which he would pay us — he NEVER did leaving us with a $19,987.00 debt

Albert J Palumbo signed a 7 page contract stating, in effect, that, in exchange for payment, we would manufacture a product that has quite a following in the hair replacement industry, it is commonly called, Opti-Bond, Pro-Flex, Euro-Bond and Geobond.

We purchased the tape and liner, manufactured the product and passed it forward to his clients. His clients were On-Rite in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. And New Image in Fl., also.

Palumbo told us On-Rite and New Image were on a 30-day open account with his company, Cutting Edge Development (later, Cutting Edge Converting).

We passed the product we manufactured to his clients and send invoice to Palumbo. (Who would worry too much about default with a signed contract with explicit attoreny's fees for collecting indebtedness, court costs, etc., and we certainly were not worried about On-rite or New Image - they are substantial business who act in integrity?) Later, we found out he actually required payment UPFRONT for our drop-shipments to both New Image and On-Rite. We sent collection letters after his account had been over 30-days, we called, we nagged - the "checks in the mail", "we can't get On-Rite or New Image to pay us", "I am getting open-heart surgery", etc., etc., etc.

He finally paid us - an $18,880.00 HOT CHECK (the "great" State of California says if the bad check is over $2,500, too bad, sue them in civil court). We still have the check.

We sent numerous collections letters, sent Greenberg, Grant and Richards Collection agency after this deadbeat — to no avail. He still owes our company over $19,000.00!

He has since opened up a new company called "Cutting Edge Converting". He even has a new adhesive product that he is now marketing to the same companies. We would love to get a boycott together against this con, but need help or advise. We know where he is getting his current work done and (somehow, lol) he is able to pay for all raw stock using cash! (I wonder whose cash he is using!)

We have since checked into this slimeball and he has had several judgements against him. He used to own an "investment and finance company" (God forbid) and several others and leaves a wake of broken people, promises and companies in his wake. We wish we could shut him down forever.

Looking forward to anything useful to help us. Thank you.
