I have ordered from ABC for years-with no trouble. Then low and behold-all of a sudden nothing can go right. On Dec 5th I finally reached a real body-or so I thought. Jameca in Customer Service. I cancelled everything else we had ordered (after finding that everything was backordered) since nothing would be here by christmas. Jameca read all cancellation numbers back to me-everything was on go. Since then have received 1 box (which was cancelled already) with in-correct amt of object (ordered 3 sets of candle crocks (6)-received 1 set of 6 and billed for 3 sets of 6. See the problem!!!
Now - can not get anyone to answer a fax - or get through on phone system. I have tried daily (anywhere from 10 to 20-25 times) by phone and never got through-since I luckily (I thought) got a hold of Jameca. We faxed a letter to Customer Service on 12-13-05-but alas they can't seem to take care their customers. This is nerve racking-and had not be reported to credit bureau.
