I bought 3 phones at wirefly on august. Unfortunately before the phone arrived i called them back that i wanted to exchanged it for another kind which they did.
I ordered a total of 3 phones under a family plan and it cost me almost six hundred dollars out of pocket. I had no problem recieveing a two hundred dollars rebate from t - mobile but the one from wirefly which is almost five hundred dollars i did not recieved.
The instructions said that i have 120 days from the activation date and that bills should show 3 months paid in full. They activated the phone on september the 9th but in reality the phone did not arrived until a little over two weeks.
The first month statement will not show paid in full which means i can only use the 2,3, and 4rt statement. I did sent the required papers as soon i i recieved the 4rt statement because that is the only document that will show i paid the 3rd month. I also included the very first statement which does not show any payments (course)
i waited and waited and no rebates came, everytime i called they pass me around and put me on hold for an hour sometimes more. Next thing i know they sent me a letter that the bill rebate was late so they have to dennied it.
I called them back and i asked why and they said it came late so i aske how can u send it on time when they required 3 statement that will show 3 months payment if i will not wait for the 4th month.
The person i spoke to to could not even answer. When i called back again and asked for that person, they said no body work there with that name.
This is such a rip off. I realized how this company take peoples money so fast. Now i would rather go to a mall or a dealer and pay a little more but get rebates faster.
