Ripoff printed bad materials, promised to fix but did not, promised a refund, and then lied

I outsourced printing for my company to Kiwk Kopy. I have been a happy customer of theirs for nearly a year, until now. They printed our cards and menus incorrectly, and asured me they would fix the problems and ship me new materials. After three weeks of nothing, I called and said I would rather just have a refund, since I hadn't heard anything. Jim, their center manager, told me he was sorry and that he would take care of it, and that I should expect the money to be placed back in my account in about 3 days. That did not happen.

When I called the owner, Nick Doria, he told me refunds were against his policy and had a horrible and entirely inappropriate, unprofessional attitude. Furthermore, Jim has since lied and denied that our refund conversation ever took place. They have corrected half of the order, and I'm still waiting on the other half. Here we are over a month after my initial order (that was promised in 5 days), and they won't even give a partial refund. I strongly encourage everyone to avoid this company and any other business owned or related to Nick Doria.
