Ripoff on attempt to collect debt

I received the 3rd letter from Business Office Systems & Solutions as follows:

Collection for Network Telephone Solutions

Amt $36.04

"Final attempt to settle account!!!"

We are offering for a limited time only the ability to settle these accounts for up to 30% off and depending on the situation a possible credit bureau deletion. Dont pass up this opportunity to get rid of this debt now without further action!!!

I had written them the previous two times I had received this letter b/c I've never heard of Network Telephone Services nor had I done business with them.

Based on my readings of the FTC and State Attorney General Websites, this company is in violation of debt collection pratices and procedures.

I suggest everyone that have received a collection notice from this fradulent company submit a complaint on the FTC. Gov site or follow this link... Http://www.ftc. Gov/bcp/conline/pubs/credit/fdc.htm.

Also submit a complaint to your State Attorney General as well.
