Richard Woods is a con artist. He ripped me off for over $100,000 and a year of my life. He was running a company called Q4i and contacted me about starting a consulting business for him. We agreed on terms and I set up an office and started operations. He stuck me with all of the bills then took the clients and started his own company. After I won the law suit he filed for bankruptcy.
