On Wednesday 11/1/05 the Arizona Republic published an article about price gouging of phoenix area consumers with regards to gasoline prices. Wholesale prices have dropped drastically but the prices at the pump are not dropping accordingly resulting in an unprecedented. 35 cents/gallon profit. The normal profit is. 11-. 12/gallon.
People this is price gouging at it's finest. Take, for example, Kansas. Kansas has price gouging legislation on the books and when caught doing the same thing in Kansas the gasoline stations are forced to refund the overcharges gained by their price gouging to the consumer. Stand up and be counted folks. The price gouging you suspected along with everyone else IS HAPPENING and we have been had!
