Moda Chicago claims to be a model talent company based in Chicago, Dallas and Ohio. They charge an outgrageous fee of 724.95 for your online composite card. After paying this, they still kept taking money out of my account and have taken hundreds of dollars that i have already paid to them.
When i called them and tried to dispute the charge, they said that they had late fees, which were NOWHERE stated in any of the forms given to me. They claimed to have charged a 100.00 late fee if not paid in 30 days. Along with this, i gave them two credit cards. One for the 724.95 and one for the monthly 29.95 charge.
Each of the credit cards was meant for each. However, Moda debited 300.00 from the credit card that was only meant for the 29.95 because of some reason (even though i paid the whole 724.95). They debited this money on the wrong card, hence making it unauthorized by me.
When i brought this to the manager, suzette, she simply shrugged it off like it was nothing and was no assistance to me. I have contacted the state's attorney, the illinois division of labor and my bank.
I hope to get to the bottom of this soon. I would appreciate anyone who could be of any help. It is just sad that there are such sick people in this world, such as these crooks at Moda Chicago.
