Collection company that told others about my debt than did not honor their own contract to pay for forcing me into arbitration

I had a credit card with MBNA. MBNA and I had disputes so MBNA sold my account to Columbia Credit Services, which is a collection company. The collection company started calling my house, my work, my family and my friends. Eventually, the repeated phone calls costs me my job. Then Columbia sued me in arbitration instead of court. No one would defend the action.

So I found a company in California who referred me to the Taheri Law Group and Kevin Moda and P. Taheri, Esquire. Kevin Moda tried to have Columbia not pursue the action. That didn't work. So Mr. Moda referred my case to another attorney, Y. Gina Lisitsa who sued Columbia for me for two reasons: initially, for ruining my life, and secondly for not honoring their contract to pay the arbitration fees that are in the thousands of dollars.

Both Mr. Moda and Ms. Lisitsa and Mr. Taheri have worked with me as no other people would for the past several years and to date have succeeded in vacating a false judgment that Columbia got against me.

Watch out for the tactics of Columbia and their crooked lawyer, some lady by the name of Andre J. LeLievre. She will do anything to win, including signing forged proofs of service and other lawsuit misdeeds. If you ever have a problem with Columbia, I suggest that you get a lawyer and fight them.
