Charged me $12.00 for a service I never received On My Credit Card Bill

I went to FreeCredit Report.com and went through their steps to get a credit report. I expected the first one to be free. I never got any report and further after 30 days I find a $12 dollar charge on my credit card. I will dispute this charge and likely the credit card company will refund my money but this practice of getting a card number to do the free process and then hitting you with $12 dollars a month until you stop it is a pure rip-off.
