A week ago I receive an invitation by email to send my CV to BHA. Currently employed but curious of the career possibilities I sent my CV and got an interview with Gilles Bdard Senior Counselor at BHA downtown Montral.
During the first interview M. Bdard repeat the same thing over and over, asking few relevant questions (for career evaluation) and giving no valuable information about the services BHA offers. I never felt that M. Bdard tried to understand my needs.instead he tried to force me to adopt his objectives. Still being curious (I am sometimes really naive) I accepted to do the second interview (yes with my wife!?) and things got worse.
The second interview was supposed to last about 2h but after 50 min. M. Bdard starts to insult me and asks me to leave immediately. The reason was that I expressed the fact that my job was currently very demanding and perhaps it will be better for me to start the BHA program in few weeks or maybe a month. He said that I was not serious, negligent and that my reason was not a good one since he knew people working 100 times more than me! How could he know, he had never asked me a single question about my current work!
I thought that Haldane was a professional firm but with these two interviews I discover that it is a real con game. And now searching for other testimony on the web I found this site.
