Ripoff alert!
I've received a charge for a collect call from Mexico on my July Verizon Bill. The charge was made by West Star Telecom. They have a customer service center in Mexico that handles all their billing disputes.
I called West Star Telcom's customer service at 866-444-9942 and spoke to a Roxanna. She said she would credit my bill and remove these charges which i told her were false. I will now call Verizon and inform them of this and won't be paying for these charges. Beware!
I now see that others are being ripped off as well and someone has to put an end to this mess. If anyone learns of any new info or a way we can gather together and fight these bastard let me know. Contact me by using the rebuttal box below.
