While checking my granddaughter's email account this morning for spam, I found a "Credit to be issued by Nationwide Voice Messaging".
My daughter told me that her PHONE BILL was charged $17.00 for this service and she reported it to the phone company and they helped her get the credit.
The phone number they give on the credit notice for contacting them is 1-800-331-0639. I hope this helps someone else get this slamming straightened out. And make sure you also contact your state Public Utilities Commission. Good luck.
